Top Herbal Teas for Relaxation and Stress relief

 

Herbal Tea works on our body and mind. During the lockdown, I went through anxiety and stress caused due to COVID19. To fight the negativity in mind caused by the fear and the unknown, I sought to diet to help me cope with stress. I studied and researched “how nutrition” can aid in dealing with stress and relaxing us. 

Alongside yoga and my regular intake of Green Tea and spiced up Tea, I studied various other herbal teas that can work on our bodies and minds. 

I created a video on my “Top Herbal Tea” blends, and have shared below the teas that have personally benefited me in relaxing my mind and soul. 

It’s imperative to know your body and concerns and treat it with an individualistic approach. It is vital to ask or seek medical advice when in doubt.

I have thyroid issues, and before I indulge in any new diet plans, I consult my family doctor to rule away any negative impact.

Do the same before you approach or add any herbs in your daily diet intake.

  3. Love herbal teas and spreading this culture to everyone. In my house everyone have their favourite 3kids and each of them has specific for different situation. Funny, isn’t it our cupboard looks like sjpp shelf. Will definitely try new ones.

  5. Love tea, and really enjoyed your video. Very nicely done. Peppermint is my go to unwind a nervous tummy, chamomile to help me relax for bed but my favourite go to for calming is Spiced Turmeric Tea 🙏
