  1. I think a lot of people overlook the power of seeds and the many, many ways that they can be used in our day to day lives. That being said, they are a great source of nutrition and provide SO many benefits! Thank you for sharing this video and all the additional resources. I am pretty good about including seeds, but I learned a few new options to work into the rotation.

  2. I added chia seeds once to my diet when I was trying to make healthier decisions, but then I completely forgot about them. And honestly, I haven’t thought much about adding seeds to my diet since! I will definitely add these to my next grocery list and start incorporating them into my nutrition.
