How Do You Get Maximum Benefits of Drinking Tea?

Tea is good for health, but do we get all the benefits when we drink tea?

Tea, specifically green tea, is synonymous with good health. It turns out that green tea has elements that decrease the risk of heart disease, cancer, and other health issues in human beings. Tea can be integrated as a medicinal beverage in our daily lives to get the benefits. As we have a fitness regime, having a tea regime, any time of the day is unparalleled.

Tea creates the same magic for tea lovers, tea enthusiasts, tea connoisseurs, and tea influencers as fitness does to fitness-obsessed individuals.

Having tea or not is a personal preference, but if it creates a healthy lifestyle, a sip is no harm. It will always have the edge over sweetened beverages loaded with sugar that also contains many chemical ingredients to enhance the flavors.

Regular tea drinking, especially green tea, is associated with good health. However, on its own, tea cannot do the magic; not all tea drinkers have a healthier lifestyle. Hence, a sip of tea can create the magic of wellness but may not have a significant impact on health.

So, my advice is to always stick with pure forms of tea, whether Green, Black, Oolong or White. Some blending of pure spices can add to the magic of good health, especially if blended with cinnamon, cloves, ginger, turmeric, or cardamom. A good cup of tea should be free from chemicals and should be naturally flavored.

Conclusion

The health benefit of tea can quickly get diminished with added sugars and flavors, and we all have studied ‘Law of Diminishing Returns” in Economics, the more elements(inputs) added, the output from the real source “tea” is compromised. Hence, the authentic taste and the product itself get altered, which will eventually lower the demand for these products. Still, for a tea lover like me, tea will always be in the high order list.

Will leave you with an inspirational quote: “To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.” Buddha
