Now let’s talk about how we created magic in the recipe by adding these ingredients and what impact it has on our health.

Basil: One of the oldest herbs known to human beings, Basil’s healing, and medicinal properties have been the most treasured knowledge across the world. It helps in proper digestion, is anti-inflammatory, helps fight depression, helps in detoxification, supports the liver functions, and promotes a healthy gut.

Matcha green tea powder:  Matcha tea belongs to the same plant as green tea. Matcha is made from the entire leaf; hence it contains a more concentrated amount of antioxidants and beneficial plant compounds. Many studies have revealed numerous health benefits associated with matcha and its properties, starting from enhancing weight loss to decreasing the risk of heart disease.

Walnuts: As per the BBC good food “Like all nuts, walnuts contain good fats, such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs), but they are also a valuable vegetarian source of the essential fatty acid omega-3. They also contain iron, selenium, calcium, zinc, vitamin E and some B B vitamins.”Source :BBC Good Food

Black Peppercorns: Black pepper, which is used in cooking and garnishing in cuisines world over, comes with lots of health benefits. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, black pepper has positive effects on stomach function, and it can be helpful to those with poor digestion and diarrhea.

Conclusion:  “It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver” Mahatama Gandhi
